Introduction To Product
Our company’s zinc alloy sacrificial anode products (abbreviated as: zinc anodes) are approved by China Classification Society (CCS). The quality standards meet the GB/T4950-2002 standard, and the chemical composition of the zinc anodes meets US MIL-A-18001H and ASTM-B418 ( Type 1) Standard.
The product has the following characteristics:
- Zinc alloy sacrificial anode has low self-solubility, high current efficiency, and good self-regulating performance of anode current.
- The protection period is long, up to 20-30 years, and the phenomenon of “over-protection” generally does not occur.
application:
suitable for cathodic protection of metal corrosion protection for ships, mechanical equipment, marine engineering and seaport facilities in seawater and freshwater media, as well as pipelines, cables and other facilities in low-resistivity soil
notes:
When the zinc grounding battery is used in the soil, the filler should be used, and its proportion is: gypsum 75%, bentonite 20%, and sodium sulfate 5%.
